POSITIVES:
Plenty of work.
Great QA staff.
Great bosses.
Great benefits.
Great flexibility.
Great pay.
Pay on time always.
Direct Deposit.
They supply computer.
Better than average pay.
You are not forced to do speech recognition.
Much better speech recognition pay than other companies.
They try to match you with work types you enjoy.

NEGATIVES: The system is slow at times but the techs are working on getting it resolved. It is sporatic, some days slower than others, but not all MT-s are affected on a daily basis. It is an internet traffic issue. I have never had the system crash as the other poster puts it and have been here since 2003. No complaints from me.
