i use softmed/chartscript. our setup is very good. every now and then we need to add a bit of demographics. like a few other systems, it can go down, sometimes shut down due to upgrading (or whatever my bosses do), but very rare. you can also look at previous reports so you can do the copy/paste thingy. overall. im not sure how other people's system is set up, but in some cases, there are ways you can save your report before losing it. if i lose a report without warning, sometimes you can find/recover them.
