Good: They are pretty flexible as far as scheduling. If something comes up and you need to work later or earlier in the day, they are pretty flexible.
Bad: The system goes down a lot. Jobs get backed up and then we have to work extra hours trying to catch up so we that are in TAT. When the system is running properly and we are actually caught up, we then run out of work. I've been told I was going to be given a secondary but that never happened.
