I do not work for MDI or Transcend so I am the outsider here. I just want to say that I feel for all of you. I find many of those posts below just heart rending, and I wanted you to know that even an MT who is not involved in this can feel your pain and does care. For those of you who are choosing to terminate your association with your company because of the offshoring issue, I applaud your convictions and and your courage in sticking to them. for those of you who would like to leave but simply can't for financial or other reasons, I pray that all works out well for you. Perhaps time will right this offshore situation, but I fear it will be a long and tedious road. For those of you who are choosing to stay because you want to, I hope the change is a good one for you. For those of you who have taken this change as a sign that it is time to get out the MT industry, congratulations. I hope you find a new direction that is satisfying for you. Many happily successful people have found their fulfillment when forced into a new situation. For those of you who are unsure of which direction you will go, my heart truly goes out to you. Uncertainty is the hardest of all. I will keep you all in my prayers.
