I have been putting out resumes since last September - changed jobs in November and still sending out with 30 years experience and it is very disappointing - get little response and when I do it is not worth it, been QA/editing the works, every time I apply to something that seems good, I find out that yes hundreds have been sending resumes to the same company, mostly from MQ.
