I have been working for chase for about 6 weeks so far. I really do like them. I only have 2 years of experience and make 9 cpl. Also, my checks so far have been one time or even early and pay has been accurate. So far, I have found the staff and QA helpful and have yet to run out of work. In fact, I believe they are desperately looking for more transcriptionists. The programs they use are relatively easy to use. The only downside is that, currently until they get more MT's hired and trained, everybody has to work an extra 5 hours per week above their scheduled hours and you have a set schedule. You get to pick your hours, but you typically have to stick to those hours. However, I needed to rearrange my hours one wee and the scheduler was very flexible as long as I made the hours up! Hope this helps.
