pay cut?

As I just stated in a post made a few minutes ago, I did ask the Transcend president a few weeks ago when we MDI'er's were encouraged to ask question. I asked her if my pay rate would remain the same and her answer was yes. So these references to pay cuts are confusing to me. I am asking if anyone has more information. Thanks.
