I know. They people and companies don't understand they are missing out on good MT's when paying such a low wage. Hello lets bring ourselves to the year of 2007 and increase these wages some and maybe, just maybe you would not have such a high turn over of employees!! Oh, don't forget you 100 years of experience, plus being certified to be offered a lowsy .6cpl.
