None of my 3 accounts are ESL at all. They have plenty accounts so may be those are but the ones I work on do not and I have worked for them for over a year. I do not need the benefits so the .10cpl is great for me and no I do not mind paying my taxes at the end of the year because I never had to since they take enough out of my husbands check. So for me it works out.
