You should not categorize all MTs in the same boat. I work for three MTOs and I transcribe at least 1200 lines/day for the 2 of them and at least 600 lines/day for my my 3rd job. I usually work six to seven days a week, I type ESL, or whatever account is behind, I work my scheduled weekends and weekdays and usually every Saturday for one my jobs even if I am not scheduled, unless I am too exhausted mentally and know I will make mistakes.
