Although she does not know why there is a discrepancy in the lines. I did tell her that it does not marke inactive when I am listening to it, it is because I am not typing. In SR I synch up the cursor so it will sail along and after about 1 second it will be inactive even though I am in the report and listening to it.

I believe we're correct. There is no other possible reasonable explanation for the fact that work from ALL accounts began drying up at least 8 weeks ago.
If the grand plan is for Transcend to convert as many clients as possible over to that BeyondTXT or whatever it's called platform, they might have been funneling work over there for that reason, too (to get the voice training portion done before the final transition).
But, yeah...I strongly suspect while we sat scraping for lines 24/7, losing sleep over wondering how we were going to pay our bills, D was giggling like a school girl all the way to the bank.

on prior posts. Do a really good search of the archives here. JLG is a solid company and has lots of work. I don't believe it offshores. Keep your ICQ on or whatever they might be using to keep track of time. There were a couple of QA people who lacked tact and one who was a real troublemaker. Both of these people are now gone, so things might be a lot better. I have a 99-100% QA rating regardless of which company I work for, so this QA issue was totally unnecessary. I had never experienced this before and not since. This was 3 years ago, so things might be better now.
BTW, R is as nice as she appears.

Some mentors are wonderful at helping you get started with their system, formatting, and account specifics. I wonder if others are provided to make you feel inferior and inadequate just to keep you down so you don't dare ask for just compensation. Some have ego problems, others are just plain sweet, helpful, people. There is conflict with some regarding the BOS. I use 3rd edition. If they go by 2nd, you have to play their game.

Actually, I think you are referring to the Allstate ad for a mentor rather than
the sales position advertised by a David Bernard. I agree, the rate Allstate wants to pay a mentor is appalling. It's probably to mentor offshore MTs at that!
How long does it take to hear from OSI mentor program.
I applied August 2nd and have not heard anything. Is this a bad sign?

I suggest you ask for a mentor to help you through the rough spots.
I had trouble with the demog screens at first but I got a routine down and now they go very quickly for me. My production is back up even higher than at my old company. Good luck.

Report feedback very prompt and helpful, not demeaning in any way. Did the required number of reports to be monitored, got above the 98% and then received congratulation E-mails for doing so from my mentor and STM.
Good manners and friendly attitude are a BIG part of the company. If this person was truly rude or unhelpful, please let HR and/or your assigned STM know.
