I have 2 accounts that are going to VR. The whole cpl issue worries me, but I'm willing to keep an open mind and give it a full-faith try before panicking. I know they are picking up another account as part of this VR package, so that will help with volume, but I still don't see how we will have the volume of work that everyone who currently works on those accounts will need to make up the cpl difference UNLESS a lot of people don't transition well, don't like the VR, etc. and quit, leaving more work for everyone else, which I see as a very real possibility.
