Are you not at liberty to say where in the NE this is located? I love the NE area and so does my husband. But relocating would involve selling a house, which might take some time.

I don't know about the other, but the one in New York has a very nasty attitude when it comes to transcribing foreign languages.

it must have been when either I was googling it, or using a list someone posted here about non offshoring companies, and clicked there. Honestly don't remember and can't find it myself again...

Because of their location on the west side of the Hudson,
expecially if you have to pay the per minute fee just to call the other side of that stickin' river! I never understood the phone company's rationale in that rip off!

I used to do billing and I can tell you we had to have the insurance card and/or EOB in hand to know all the correct numbers to call based on the patient's specific policy details.

going by the address in Clearwater - it's a pretty crappy crappy location
so it kind of makes me wonder what the company is like! I know that location shouldn't really matter, but let's be realistic - there are TONS OF PLACES in Clearwater with office space to rent, but judging by the address, I am pretty sure this is out of an apartment or house. Not that that should make a difference,
