A couple of companies have done that on odesk, they hire you for the job but then they don't win the contract. Since it is odesk they just let you go - like a temp agency - but all the work you put into get the job and be turned away is frustrating. But it is better for those who already have jobs with the company, their regular work is not going to be shared out with thsoe who were hired for a now-non-existant account.

Jennifer, I just signed up at this site. It looks interesting. Some work is better than none at all and I am so sick of the way the MT profession is going. I will complete my testing/profile tomorrow as it is late, but thank you SO much for this.
