She was taught everything she knows by the master at being a two-faced witch! Sue needs to get a life away from MDI (after all, she doesn't own the company anymore anyhow) and Debbie needs to find a new career where she is NOT dealing in "customer service".
I bet if the two of them were gone then MDI would find nicer things posted about them on this site!
