I am not sure which account Extext. Chartscript. My concern is 1500 lines quota seemed a bit high to me, especially on a difficult OR account. I worked another similiar account but only required 1200 lines per day. Sometimes I exceeded this sometimes I did not - although always met the 1200. If there are any people actually doing this type of OR work for this company it would nice to hear from you. I have seen mostly only good reviews for this company but the line quota and having work 40/hr week were a bit of a turn off. I know some companies only require 32-25 hours for insurance.

I've only been there a few months...but the management is friendly and helpful, and my leads have been great. I agree with the other poster - wages are decent, benefits are good, work has been plentiful - what's not to like? Good luck!
