Consider yourself fortunate that they are so slow in responding to your inquiry. You are switched from account to account very often, and every account has different rules. You can be assigned to accounts with very different account specifications. Feedback is minimal, but you'll be dinged by QA even you have not had any feedback on these issues. Some management has appropriate attitude, a couple are downright rude. There was rarely work on the weekends or Monday mornings. Yes, the pay was always direct deposited appropriately.
