she is the manager and is TERRIBLE. She doesn't even know what is going on half the time. Totally clueless.

I'm not sure which posts you are referring to
but I am the one who claimed the VR platform was released too soon.  I never said I was making good money on it.  In fact, I claim just the opposite.  My pay was drastically decreased on VR as opposed to straight typing because of the sound quality and the technical problems.  I did not make contradicting posts.  I can't explain the closeness of the IP numbers, but mine should all be the same as I have a static IP number.

I'm afraid I'm not sure which ones you're speaking of, but we would not delete a post simply because it was positive.

There are many reasons posts are deleted. Did the post have somebody's name in it? Was there anything that could have offended anyone, thus someone reporting it as needing to be deleted? Was it posted by a non-US MT? Was it connected to a post with any of these things going on?

Please do let me know which posts, and I'd be happy to check into it right away.

and I think you are the one who needs to stay away. It's sickening to see your kind of attitude here all the time. It doesn't matter how or what anyone posts people like you turn it around and make it a nasty assault on everyone who says anything.

Of course, your examples are obvious.  But the ones to which I refer are nothing like that. They just sound like honest-to-goodness MTs, but I guess the entire thing is suspect if they have more than 1 good thing to say about their job! But 1 company in particular goes on and on about how great their benefits are - which is true on 1 hand but not on the other, which of course you can't find out until you are there, and also gives other examples of just how wonderful this company is and how much they care.  Care is the big give-away, as this company could care less.  But, no, the mgmt posters are slick enough to sound like real MTs, thus why they do lure in enough victims to suit their needs.  They can't keep the MTs, but they keep getting fresh ones.  And they must scare the bejubies out of the ones who do leave, as they are silent, silent as the lambs.

I removed the posts after speaking directly to the owner of the company. If
you have questions or concerns you need to take it up with her.  There is one specific person causing most of this grief.  I have CHOSEN to remove the posts, I was not forced to. 
This shouldnt be a surprise. The owner herself posts on this forum all the time when KS is attacked

We got the list from AHDI. If someone does not wish to be on our email list, there is a link to click on at the bottom of those for opting out. We immediately remove those that click the link.

We also have a few mailling going out. Same thing - if you opt out of the email program, we will remove you from all contact.

We need transcriptionists for many new accounts and have ads on here and other sites, as well as several magazines. We are going to need over 100 MTs in the next 3 months due to new accounts and more work on existing accounts!

If you are referring to MDI-FL, I use IT ProV with one of their progrmas, and it works great. They have very good benefits for employee, but I would ask the recruiter about that. Hope this helps.

Opti-Script is out of State College, PA and I'm pretty sure they don't outsource. I like them so far. MT friendly and nice people.

I work for Amphion and don't usually do unpaid busy work...so now I'm confused.  As far as their line rate goes, it is comparable or better than most of the nationals out there.  So, I am quite confused as to your post...feel free to email if you don't want to discuss it here, I am very curious...

could it be that they are no longer the little company - they have grown so fast and are so busy............is the atmosphere changing?  They are still wonderful to work for and take care of you when you need something, it's just....... can't finish a sentence here.  Still the best place I've ever worked.

They did that to me too when I applied and I did not go any further with them. I do not know why it is important for them to know anything about your credit.

An impartial post would give the pros and cons of any given company and they all have them.

She is obviously speaking up for her friend--what's wrong with that? And it doesn't matter why her friend stayed with the company so long. Maybe she was hoping (like we all hope) that it would work out. You guys have no right to laugh at ANYONE who wants to make things right.

MDI-Trans ? Are you referring to -sm
MDI-Transcend? If so, checks are always on time (direct deposit), work is not all that steady, but this is a slow time everywhere. As for benefits, they are by far the best in the industry as far as I what I have checked out. About insurance rates, don't know because I don't need them. Hope this helps.
If you are referring to MedScribe in FL...
They have both IC and employee positions.  The full-time employee positions are based both on hours and lines transcribed, meaning you have a schedule to stick to plus a required minimum amount of lines per pay period.  They do have a 12-hour work window.

Please don't take this wrong, but why would you ever refer people you don't know??? The reason I am asking this is that in the past, I have done this myself and ended up getting really burned and just made myself look bad. Please be careful who you refer.
