In every newsletter, there is always a story about SM
how a new MT, just starting out, is doing so well and loves the company. She always owns a large farm out in the country with her husband, 4 children, 5 dogs and 6 cats and perhaps a horse or two. She just started working 1-1/2 ago and has moved up to top level account or Special Teams or Assistant to Supervisor or, maybe she is a supervisor, and if read one more story like that in the newsletter, (and I try not to read them, I just cannot stop myself), but, if I ever read another one, I will throw up!

my take on the e-mail
e-mail (free) blanketing anyone who gets on an MT mailing list looking for unskilled (low pay) workers to churn out poor quality work for big profits. Sounds right out of a get rich book to me. Standard operating procedure for most companies in transcription biz.

I understand what you mean and I would hate to have so many accounts. Things have definitely gone from bad to worse at OSi recently when I thought they couldn't. There has to be a better way for both of us.

Of course, its in the mail...
Then they said it was lost, then they said I had the dates wrong on when they should pay, then it was if you don't get it by Friday, we will send it by UPS overnight, of course after the weekend had gone by and so on... At first, they bounced a check, by the time they made that good, the next check was due, and by the time they sent me another bogus check the third was due... and then I quit and the other one came due at that point... so here I am today with work done in July and they still have not paid me. They don't intend to either. For your sake, watch your back!
