Is everyone here this fatalistic? The companies have thought through the choices and decided to stick with US MTs. Maybe it is written in the contract that they use US MTs. Be willing to take a chance to improve your situation.  Worker productivity has gone up and wages are stagnant. At least I know I will not accept a position with a ridiculous cpl.

              • This IS fact in my world. Have worked for offshore owned - companies before, tho most drs didn't know it.
