That's just my take. What the heck, as far as shift differential, means 'incorporated into your paycheck'. but at what rate??? Ditto on other so-called answers. As I struggle with all the variables, factored into my situation, toggle between maybe I should, no I shouldn't (go with the new company), then I get these answers, or should I say non-answers, and think crap, I had better move on.
