I have read all the way down this thread and have to say this is the biggest bunch of whiners ever. If you don't like you job, quit. If you don't like the hours, quit. If you don't like the pay, quit. look for something that makes you happy (although for many of you I just don't think anything would make you happy) but just quit the whining. Do something constructive instead. Look around you. what is the current unemployment rate???? How many businesses are closing and how many are entering bankruptcy? If I owned the business and all my employees did nothing but b!tch about how unhappy they are, I'd get rid of them all and find someone who wanted to work. If you are not happy, it is your own fault for staying with something that makes you miserable. So either shut up or change your situation. Just stop laying your bitterness on every one else. Some of actually still love the MTing and don't mind actually working. By the way, this may be too simple for some of you. They are the boss, you are the employee. you don't get to make the decisions, they do. Get it?
