cpl earnings
I have been an MT for 8 years as IC with same accounts at 9 cpl (65 characters with spaces). I thought that was not very good pay, but for many reasons, put up with it. I am surprised as I go out now 8 years later looking to get extra MT work, and find that MT cpl pay has gone BACKWARDS to 8 cpl or even 7.5 cpl? Is that what your experience is? Wow.
First year earnings
$25k is 12 dollars an hour, which at 8 cpl would require you average 150 lines per hour.

You will be very lucky to find a place that will hire a newbie at 8 cpl and I very much doubt that you could do 150 lph until you have been on the job for awhile. Unless you are an extremely talented person, I would say do not expect that.
Exactly, what bearing do their earnings have on whether or not they get responses. nm

Now this is a more honest report of earnings on VR
than making $32 the first hour post certainly was and that would have been a very lucky hour.  There are times once you get trained and up to speed that you will do great and then other times not so much.  It depends on the platform, how well the recognition works and adapts and, as always, the dictator.  Face it, some dictators are just never going to come through well on VR.
That one I know :-) That is your basic rate/line count earnings sm

before any differentials, bonuses, incentive pay, etc.

I also have not received my cable reimbursement.  Guess I'll have to call and ask Debbie.

PTO paid out based on average hourly earnings. They typically
do not pay for downtime unless it's an unusual occurrence.
