disrespectful

The KS responder is being disrespectful to suggest the poster needed hand holding.  If you ask that we respect your opinion, although different from ours, please afford us the same courtesy.  I would not want another MT to go through the financial loss I have incurred because they were only provided positive experiences about this company.
