You conveniently ignored the poster's main point
which was valid: Why not warn people in advance of the additional deduction from pay?
$30 could literally mean the difference making it until the following pay period, which the poster notes, adds insult to injury because they will have to wait out a weekend...
Show a little more compassion and a little less sarcasm.
