They are ones for a bate and switch with work.  I had didn't have a bate and switch the first time I worked for them.  I went back to them some months later and DID have a bate switch.


Their starting rate when I left was 7 to 8 cpl.  I was getting 9 and with my experience, that was a bit low when there was no incentive plan.  (that was late last year)


They do have a number of doctors who are ultra picky and so many of the account managers aren't/weren't MTs to start with.  It makes it difficult to learn things because you don't have the support you will need initially.  Over time, they were very good to me, but something there has shifted and it is not for the better.  They even changed the platform to suit a client they were TRYING to get and had been after for 3 years.  Last I knew, they STILL had not signed this client officially.  I think that many of the managers are pulled too many directions to be there for the MTs.  Somewhere in the past couple of years they have lost perspective and the MT is now longer the most important job in the company and it should be.
