 I have been offered an ER position and was just wondering if there is any CURRENT feedback on this company -- MedScribe Information Systems, Inc. Pay is not great but sounds like the benefits will make up for it. Need opinion on the platform and how difficult is it to make the required line counts. Has anyone had issues with pay/line counts at MedScribe? My line count that I see documented in their system does not match up what I get paid for.

Beware and have something to fall back on. Seems like things are changing. VR seems to be about to take over soon while the actual MT work will be going to their India office.
Of course, Indians own this company. There is any any work and when there IS work, it is us asking not to use Expanders because the system is TRAINING the voice for CERTAIN dictatorS, mostly the very good dictators, and when there is actual transcription work, the dictators are the MOST AWFUL THINGS i Have ever heard.

my husband is a doc and they sent him a pamphlet telling him how quick they were and how cheap - what that should tell you as a trx is that you will be chained to your computer and get paid less than you should.
