I don't know why you can't see it. Don't know how you average it because you are not saying which is what.
You just dont' get it do you?
Most companies say they pull random checks on their employees every three months. some do some, just say they do and don't because they don't care either. I have worked for both. You really don't know what they are doing unless they give you a QA report.
