even if the account is low and I type in the morning, that is going to be leaving less for the afternoon people. If I don't type in the morning, then there will be more in the afternoon because I didnt do it. I believe what he is talking about, as it was explained to me, is that if you have already typed your shift but are trying to boost your line count, or scrambling at the end of the pay period, then that is stealing. Taking extra hours on top of what you have already typed. That is stealing.
