I was on the phone arguing with a customer service rep with my HEALTH INSURANCE company. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor twice, and finally asked do you offshore these reps? I got a meager Yes. to Manila. So beware, they may be also handling your ins. claims. My advice? Get small business phone service instead of residential, SB customer service is not outsourced. Good luck.
