You should ask for help if you are.....

having that hard of a time.  Usually it is user error when there are problems.  Lots of companies use Extext and it is pretty much the same across the board. 

If you are serious about working, you should really get some assistance from them.  They are not a bad company to work for.  I used to work for them a while back but decided to get some accounts of my own.  If I run out of my own work I would go back and work for them, as my experience was okay.   I wouldn't ask for too many opinions about it and just go on your own - and that is with any company that is around now-a-days.  You never know what the circumstance is that they left the company they are giving an opinion about.
