I have seen you complain time and again about this issue with this company and now I have proof that your claims are ridiculous.
I just did a report, used my Word tools and took my characters with spaces and divided by 65 and my line count for that report would have been 40. I then looked to see how much Imagestat credited me for that report and I received 54 lines....BIG difference, especially over the course of an entire day's work or entire pay period's work.
