I have read all these posts and am thoroughly disgusted. I am an MT at OSi...not management, not upper management, not in QA either...just a regular old working MT. I get up every morning, spend time with my kids, and then log on to work. There is always work there, every few weeks there is an incentive on my account and I work a little extra. Nobody bothers me all day and I get my work done. I have been at OSi for almost 2 years and have had every question or problem handled immediately and efficiently. I send a report to QA every now and then and once in awhile one of them sends me back feedback. I have never...not once...dealt with the person being raked across the coals here and for the life of me have no idea how you people come up with all this inside information about her. It amazes me that some people that work from home can act the way you all do. Comparing her to a serial killer...please! Could OSi pay a differential for nights, weekends, and holiday? Sure. It would be nice if they did! That said though....each and every one of you that spends most of your day here whining knew that they did not when you signed on the dotted line with them. So what exactly is your point? I know that all of you got the email for the opening in QA yesterday. So in stead of slinging mud at someone, why not apply for the job and find a way to, intelligently...and tactfully, contribute to your company and help find ways to make things better instead of sounding like a bunch of 3-year-olds.
And for those of you that don't work for OSi but are thinking about it, or are thinking about participating in their mentor program...please excuse these people and find another place to find honest opinions and answers to your questions because you certainly wont get them here.
