You can say that again

I hardly ever see a positive post regarding Spheris. Basically all the new CEO cares about is profits, he does not care about the employees, more specifically the MTs. It would be nice to recieve a COL raise for once instead of just a pay cut all the time. I don't expect a pat on the back for doing quality work but I do expect a raise every so often. It looks like it is time to dust off the resume and start searching for another company where at least they appreciate their MTs.
