your own insurance. I went through ehealthinsurance and was able to find nearly the same plans for the same price (sometimes less) that were offered through several of the larger MTSOs. I think many MTSOs are offering insurance, but they do not contribute anything to the cost. You might want to look into it.

What the purchasing companies want
the MTs that come with them are usually the first thing they want to get rid of. This is especially true when a large part of the work is already done in India.
