You can send it as an attachment but you should zip it first.
Go to ShortHand and File>Open.
Right click on the dictionary and copy then immediately right click on your desktop and paste.
Then cancel the File>Open in shorthand and minimize.
On your destop, right click and send to zipped/compressed file. Then you can right-click and send to e-mail recipient. Then unzip and install in shorthand.
