But I'll try to figure it out so we can get your real name off of the board. I'm not sure if there's a link to email the moderators directly or not, but if there is, email them and explain the situation to them and ask that your post be taken down.

Good luck to you with this; I can certainly see where this is entirely possible and that someone with an axe to grind could most assuredly make one's life miserable by doing so.

I worked for them, if you do clinic, ask about demographics, as you need to find the schedule, then find the name and MRN, go back, fill in all demo screens, takes a lot of time, for a 2 minute note, is a waste, you won't get a lot of lines that way. My QA was good, supervisor was not. University accounts have a lot of different dictators. They pay on time.

Yesterday there was a job post and now it has been removed. Anyone know why that would happen?
There was a job post for Data Entry and Coding yesterday from telerecruiting@sbcglobal.net and today it's not there. Why? Also, has anyone EVER heard of Excalibur Remote Workforce Job services? 
I seriously doubt it is 1 or 2. AAMOF, I've had an MTSO
accept her offer. She lied about how work was given out, about turn-around times, about scheduling, about her relationship to her MTs. This is a medium size MT company which regularly advertises here and on other MT boards. Whenever I see their recruiting ads, I cringe because I KNOW working for them is not like what is put forth in their ads. How do I know? Because I worked for that company for over 3 years and I still have friends who are employed by them who say things have never changed. They are unhappy but they're not about to jump from the frying pan into the fire.
No forms of foul language are allowed, that's what got your post removed.

she can most likely weed out the MTs just by their posts anyway if she's dealt with them at all. She did the right thing to simply state MDI MTs can come to her IF they have concerns. It's great to share info, but not ALL posts are by sister MTs sharing the good word. There are many, many who love to incite drama and there are always 2 sides to every story! Anyone can come on here and claim they are great MTs and do all that is expected of them yet are treated terribly by a company, but that sure doesn't make it the truth. About how many MTs do you think are at MDI? And how many individual MTs are here complaining? Not the same posters using different names but single persons. Do the math and figure out from that how many are unhappy at MDI, and my bet is your percentage will be low. I know of a lot of MTs very happy at MDI with enough work. But then I'm sure the naysayers will just claim those are the favorites or something.

over on the main board before they moved your post and thus dropped my reply....
$48 for the medical, $10 for the dental, and I don't know how much for the vision because I didn't opt in for it this year. That's per paycheck, do double that to get the monthly fee. I did opt for the higher-deductible medical; the lower-deductible premium share was about twice as much.

This is the best post I've seen on here.
I hadn't heard of Futurenet, but you must be good if you respond as you and remind people of loyalty. I was fortunate someone took time with me, as I had been away from this for a few years and needed to reintegrate. I'm barely making a crust, because it is the slow period of the year ~ it was always that way for me. I appreciate what goes into training on both sides. For me it's like trying to build a business again. I really appreciate the interaction and correction, as I'd like to be the best I can be and many little things have changed. Truthfully, I had burned out in this field and I didn't know if I wanted to get back into it, but I love it and I'm glad I was given the opportunity.
I guess I've been reading a lot of these posts, as I used to work for Medquist, but when I wsa there they were fine ~ but things have changed all throughout this world in the past few years.
Sometimes, we need to vent though, and perhaps it's better to do it in here where it's a bit more private.

I think it's great to help your fellow MTs, but I do wonder how long the post will last since the ad was posted on another site and this website isn't getting paid to run it...

Three others have confirmed with me that she is terrible about returning emails.
And by the way, LOTS of people are hired for jobs they are not very good in. C'mon now. I know she is new, BUT she does have a lot to learn. One thing for sure, she needs to learn how not to keep people hanging especially when she tells them let me know if you have any questions, etc.

Even though the website makes references to staff at times, there is way too much usage of I for me to feel comfortable with this one. It sounds like he's wanting to use someone else's staff as his own, which means the MTs couldn't possibly be paid much more than a few cents per line.
That combined with a job posting that uses a lot of words to really say very little about the job itself is more than enough to make me want to steer clear.

To answer your last post, i've been at MQ 10 years
The supervisors are downright cold compared to the ones I actually knew and accommodated me instead of jerking me around. I still do what i'm supposed to, it just goes unnoticed. Its scary to think, even in spite of doing a job well done, it could just be taken away like that with no regard. I just find myself panicked with the type of work i'm getting now, lack of communication, and these posts saying its only going to get worse. If I had a backup plan, I wouldn't be so frazzled all the time. But this is it for now.

I doubt it, because if they did, they would be ashamed of themselves. I totally agree, AAMT is NOT for us, did not renew membership and NEVER will.

We can do one of two things right now. Make the money, or sacrifice some pay and use them to put lots of experience on our resume for later down the road. If you can afford it (I actually cannot right now, I need income more than the learning) try it for awhile so you can have it behind you. Those are the options on my end at least! My silver lining for the day....I'm trying:)

for 30 years, and never ever had more than an hour or 2 with no work. Not acceptable and doesn't happen to me. I work my behind off, am fantastic at this, and not 1 employer has ever done that to me, and probably never will. Just like you said, if I hit no work, I call and straighten the situation out. Don't ask questions about the account, about what MT can or can't transcribe it, just state that no work is not gonna fly with me, and I am always treated with respect and instantly given work, which I also thank my bosses for. Give and take - it goes both ways. I'm there when they expect me, and I'm there when they need me, and we're all happy. Can you imagine some MTs getting ANGRY at you? Again, another scream or throw up reaction from me. Some of you MTs really need some psychoanalysis, if you know what that is...obviously your income is NOT a necessity, and this is probably a job for you and not a career. You get out of MTing what you give and what you expect, nothing more, nothing less. Expect to be treated like garbage, expect slave wages, expect no work, expect disrespect, and you'll get it, and it seems like many MTs are looking for this! Thus the continual postings asking about companies we all know STINK. There is no other explanation - you want to be kicked to the curb and probably put little effort into your life across the board. Such a shame.

The CLK job has been removed as we do not allow
job posts advertising pay of less than .05 cpl. Even for a new MT, anything less than .05 cpl is entirely too low even as a learning wage. We welcomed the company to repost offering .05 cpl as a learning wage of pay.
