select your favorite job types. You see the entire backlog of all jobs at a given site and may choose the types you prefer. Understand, though that stuff with short TAT needs attention first if time is running out on them. And usually there will be an e-mail to ask you to switch to take care of those. But other than that, if you love or hate a certain WT, or something is really your forte, you may select. really was not used to this concept because everywhere else, stuff just gets dumped on you arbitrarily and automatically, but this is a great system.
Also, you automatically get a line total for the job as well as running line and $$ total for the day whenever you send a report. No extra steps. It would be extremely easy to see if the line count somehow went wrong. So far, every one of my paychecks has been within pennies of my calculations, another first.
You may also EASILY look at your reports and see a side-by-side comparison of before and after QA, which really helps you figure out some of the bad dictators. This is also very easy. You don't have to go to some other web site and try to find your reports which may or may not be there.
If you have shortcut expansions in MS Word, they can be transferred to the Bayscribe platform by the techies. I found that about 75% of mine went over perfectly and some needed tweaking. Some things reverted to the default MS Word autocorrect entries so that apostrophes were put in words like its to make it it's, etc. and I had to search out and fix all these. Still much better than starting from zero and building it all again.
