an expander, I use Shorthand. I edit in MModal, are you going to be editing or transcribing? It has a spellcheck, but does not have the medical dictionary in it, though. Does not have autocorrect. I just copy and paste the document into Word, make the changes needed, use Word's spellcheck (which has my medical dictionary in it and Expander or autocorrect, whichever I want to use), and then copy and paste it back into MModal, and send in. Hope this helps you.
