Transcend is utilizing a pilot program in which they offshore x-amount of work each month.

No axe to grind with them specifically (except for this). I know this info because a manager from T recently quit over this. From my understanding, it's not a big secret...current employees were all notified. Perhaps phone the recruiter and see what she has to say?
