I work on a SmartSource account where I am actually an employee of the hospital.  I am really happy with it.  I am an employee of the hospital, so the benefits are through the hospital, but management/QA is through Diskriter.  I have no complaints at all.  Plenty of work, working only on my account, with great benefits.
