I am much less nervous because at least this company seems to be trying to communicate and fix issues - where I work now there is absolutely NO communication and major issues with no fixes in sight (and we all know what company that is, I'm sure). I'd rather work for human beings who make mistakes than huge, unfeeling corporations which suck the life out of its employees without any concern whatsoever.
