Yep...

One of the companies I work has myself and one other girl in our pool.  I know this because I have been told that a certain MD is hers to do - don't touch.  Every job available in our cue comes up so you can see them - could be 1, could be 50.  She goes through and picks all the long dications (high dollar).  You can take as many as you want, but not if you are me.  I have been told to only take 2 or 3 at at time where she will go in and clears the cue .  My supervisor is the owner and that avenue doesn't work for complaints.  If I have gone in and grabbed the 3 jobs that are sitting there, i will get an email from the owner saying so-and-so is complaining that she doesn't have any work and will ask if she can give her some of mine, to which I say no LOL.
