It turns out, it wasn't 'completely false' information, after all. Maybe it was 15% instead of 30%, but it only mentions editors. It seems the issue of MT paycuts was skirted.

Heres to you OP...
It's not about a SUDDEN outrage that HIS offshores...the outrage is in their taking the stand of offshoring ALL their work with no regard for their U.S. employees...it's about their putting their bottom line ahead of all things at the consequence of their U.S. employees...it's about the fact that the facilities they contract with are okay with what they are doing. You may say that you care but your posts are proof that you don't.
Heres my experience
When I worked for Precyse none of my e-mails were answered. Not even IM's. Which is basically the reason I left. They were questions about a second account...not b.s. either.
Now, the MTSO that I have been with since I finished Career Step... They are the best two women in the world to work for. It is a really small company and they rarely hire. They haven't hired anyone since I started. But they are the best and they really put their MTs first. 
Heres a suggestion,,,,,
Maybe save all of your unanswered emails in a folder. Then, when you get swamped with emails, resend the batch of unanswered ones and ask for a reply. At least you know they are there at that time.

my take on the e-mail
e-mail (free) blanketing anyone who gets on an MT mailing list looking for unskilled (low pay) workers to churn out poor quality work for big profits. Sounds right out of a get rich book to me. Standard operating procedure for most companies in transcription biz.

I understand what you mean and I would hate to have so many accounts. Things have definitely gone from bad to worse at OSi recently when I thought they couldn't. There has to be a better way for both of us.

Then they said it was lost, then they said I had the dates wrong on when they should pay, then it was if you don't get it by Friday, we will send it by UPS overnight, of course after the weekend had gone by and so on... At first, they bounced a check, by the time they made that good, the next check was due, and by the time they sent me another bogus check the third was due... and then I quit and the other one came due at that point... so here I am today with work done in July and they still have not paid me. They don't intend to either. For your sake, watch your back!
