I was so stunned when I heard this on the call that I could not speak. I wanted to ask if all of the DSG2 accounts were overflow from MQ, but my lips would not move.

I don't think she actually said that 'all' DSG2 accounts were overflow from MQ, but at least 1 of them is.

This company needs a major makeover. They have ruined their reputation in so many ways.
