This company has a recruiter that talks a good talk. Bottom line is you cannot make money with this company, will never understand ANYONE (after the U.S. recruter) and after giving it your all, working weekends and holidays, you will NEVER be rewarded, not even a thank-you. My history was that I found out later I worked for the same 8 cpl and 4 cpl as a new MT, worked long hours with their backlogs for days on end, they would place an ad, hire on, then I would run out of work for about 3 weeks, then constant emails about backlog, then they would hire on, then would run out of work, then backlog, then they would hire, etc, etc, etc. QA stinks and OH, YES, they did dock my check just once, mind you, over a discrepancy between my ear and the ear of an Indian-based QA person. Pay wasn't that great for all the hours I put in (but evidently pretty good by Indian standards). Nuf said.
