I would recommend them to anyone.  You learn a lot about a company and they can tell you where to apply, what they pay, benefits, %ESL, etc. before the company gets your resume.  They do the sorting for you and tell you who meets your criteria and you decide then if you really want to waste your time with a company's application process.
