Maybe we have an ever widening behind because we are stuck working every weekend! Maybe I could get back to the gym if I did not have to work 18 hours a day to get in my 8 hours do to a lack of work (or lack of management to appropriate make a schedule).

You need take some time off on Sundays and have a meeting with the big guy, ASAP.
