How could a company who was so good turn around and become one of the worse in just 1-1/2 years?

It's a shame they have no regard for the MTs who helped them get where they were a few years ago. I took the job with them because all I ever heard was positive reports. Then I saw the light after wasting my time for 2 years and jumped ship.

So glad I left when I did. I wish you all the best in getting a better job.
