that any time someone posts here and says they are a quality MT, they are considered a brown-noser. I work hard, mind my own business and have no problems. I have said many times on this board, NO company is for everyone. I also have seen all the other posts from other companies employees who get a pen set, or a keychain, no BONUS. All I was trying to do was let people know that some companies really do value and compensate the MTs during the holidays for their hard work.

I seriously doubt DR gives bonuses just to the hard workers (brown-nosers as I believe you imply). I'm sure a company would have to have a policy like having your 90 days in or 6 months in or something like that and then everyone would get the same % bonus based on their earnings or something. Usually a companies board of directors has to approve bonuses they don't just pick and choose who gets them unless it's management gets this amount and the MTs get this amount.
